Privacy Policy for Tap n Match
This Privacy Policy explains how Code_V ("Code_V", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you download, access, or play Tap n Match (the "Game"). It also explains the choices and rights that may be available to you.
By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Game.
1. Information We Handle
Information stored locally on your device
The Game stores gameplay and preference information on your device so that it can function and remember your progress. This may include:
- level progress and unlocked levels;
- virtual currencies, rewards, lives, and power-up inventory;
- daily reward status and timestamps;
- tutorial and feature-introduction completion status;
- audio, music, haptic, and other settings;
- advertising frequency and cooldown information; and
- non-readable transaction reference hashes used to prevent an in-app purchase from being granted more than once.
This local gameplay information is normally retained until you clear the Game's app data, uninstall the Game, or use a reset feature where one is available.
Information processed automatically by advertising and platform services
The Game uses third-party advertising, mediation, store, and platform services. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and the service involved, these providers may automatically process information such as:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address;
- Android Advertising ID or similar resettable advertising identifiers, where available and permitted;
- device manufacturer, model, operating-system version, language, time zone, and screen information;
- app package name, app version, installation source, and SDK version;
- ad impressions, clicks, views, completion events, reward events, and other advertising interactions;
- diagnostic, crash, performance, network, and fraud-prevention information; and
- consent signals and privacy choices where a consent mechanism is provided.
The Game does not request precise GPS location, contacts, microphone access, camera access, or your telephone number for its normal gameplay.
Google Play Games information
If you use Google Play Games features or are signed in through Google Play Games, Google may process your Google Play Games player identifier, profile name, achievements, leaderboard activity, and cloud-save data. Code_V does not receive your Google account password. Your use of Google Play Games is also governed by Google's privacy terms.
Purchases
The Game may offer purchases of virtual Gold Coins through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and billing information. Code_V does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details. We receive purchase status, product identifier, receipt or transaction information, and related validation information needed to deliver the purchased virtual item, prevent duplicate delivery, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Information you send to us
If you contact Code_V for support or a privacy request, we may receive your email address, message, screenshots, device or purchase details you choose to provide, and our correspondence with you. Please do not send information that is not needed to resolve your request.
2. How We Use Information
We and our service providers may use information to:
- operate, maintain, save, and restore the Game and its features;
- deliver rewards, virtual items, purchases, and rewarded-ad benefits;
- show, measure, limit, and improve interstitial and rewarded advertisements;
- provide personalized advertising where permitted, or non-personalized or limited ads where required;
- detect fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, security incidents, and duplicate transactions;
- diagnose crashes, technical failures, and performance problems;
- respond to support, legal, and privacy requests;
- comply with law, platform rules, and enforceable legal process; and
- protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, Code_V, and third parties.
3. Advertising and Personalization
Tap n Match contains interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements. Rewarded advertisements are shown only after you choose the relevant reward option. Advertising providers may use device identifiers, IP address, device information, and advertising interactions to select, deliver, limit, measure, and report advertisements and to prevent fraud.
Depending on your region and consent status, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID and manage advertising privacy choices through your Android device settings. Where applicable law requires consent, you may withdraw consent through the consent or privacy options made available for the Game. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
4. Third-Party Services and Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose or allow information to be processed by service providers that help operate, monetize, distribute, secure, and support the Game. Some privacy laws may define personalized advertising disclosures as a "sale", "sharing", or use for targeted advertising even when no money is paid for the information.
The Game currently integrates or supports the following services:
- Unity LevelPlay / ironSource mediation for ad mediation and delivery;
- Google AdMob as a mediated advertising network;
- InMobi as a mediated advertising network;
- Unity Ads as a mediated advertising network;
- Google Play Billing for in-app purchases;
- Google Play Services and Google Play Games for platform features such as player services and cloud saves where enabled; and
- technical, legal, or professional service providers where reasonably necessary.
These providers act under their own terms and privacy policies and may process information in countries other than your own. Their current policies can be reviewed here:
- Unity Privacy Policy
- Google Privacy Policy
- How Google Uses Information for Advertising
- InMobi Privacy Policy
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, investigate fraud or security issues, enforce our rights, protect users or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. If ownership changes, information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy or users will be notified of material changes.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, processing may be based on:
- performance of a contract, such as providing gameplay, purchases, and requested rewards;
- consent, including consent for personalized advertising or device storage where required;
- legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, debugging, and improving the Game, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; and
- legal obligations, including financial, consumer-protection, and regulatory requirements.
6. Data Retention
Local gameplay information remains on your device until it is cleared, reset, or removed with the Game. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Purchase and transaction records may be retained for the period required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, consumer protection, and legal compliance. Third-party providers retain information under their own retention policies.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further use, subject to legal, technical, backup, fraud-prevention, and security requirements.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Third-party platform and advertising services are responsible for protecting information processed through their systems. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. International Data Transfers
Code_V and its service providers may process information in countries where they or their service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, providers rely on recognized transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. You may also have the right to appeal a privacy decision or complain to your local data-protection authority.
You can also exercise practical controls by:
- resetting or deleting the Android Advertising ID in Android privacy settings;
- managing Google Play and Google Play Games privacy settings in your Google account;
- clearing the Game's storage or uninstalling it to remove locally stored gameplay data; and
- contacting us at : 00codev00@gmail.com.
Tap n Match does not currently require a separate Code_V account. If cloud-save information is stored through Google Play Games, manage or request deletion of that platform information through your Google account and Google's available controls. We may need reasonable information to verify and process a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. Children's Privacy
Tap n Match is not directed to children under 13 or under the minimum digital-consent age that applies in their country, and Code_V does not knowingly collect personal information directly from such children. Children should not submit personal information or make purchases without the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where required, delete it. If the Game is distributed to an audience that includes children in a particular store or region, we will apply the age-screen, advertising, consent, and data-handling protections required by that platform and applicable law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, its SDKs, legal requirements, or our practices. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice or request renewed consent. Please review this page periodically.
