6. Ads, AdMob, and advertising choices

Donut Sort contains advertisements served through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK. Ads may be contextual or personalized depending on your location, age status, consent choices, device settings, Google account settings, and ad provider rules. Rewarded ads, if shown, are optional ad experiences where you may choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward.

Google and advertising partners may process information such as the app name, IP address, Advertising ID, app interactions, ad views, clicks, diagnostics, and similar identifiers. Google may use this information to provide ads, measure ad effectiveness, improve services, protect against fraud and abuse, and personalize ads where allowed.

You can control ad personalization and advertising ID settings using Android settings, Google settings, and any in-app privacy/consent options made available in the Game. If you withdraw consent or opt out of personalized ads, you may still see ads, but they should be non-personalized or limited according to the applicable SDK behavior and legal requirements.

7. Consent for EEA, UK, Switzerland, US states, and other regulated regions

For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where consent or opt-out rights are required, we use or will use a consent-management mechanism before processing personal data for personalized ads or using local storage for advertising where legally required. The consent message may allow you to accept, reject, or manage advertising purposes and partners. You can withdraw or change consent using the in-app privacy options if provided, device settings, Google settings, or by contacting us.

For users in US states with privacy laws, including California where applicable, personalized advertising may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some laws. We do not sell personal information for money. You may opt out of personalized/targeted advertising by using the in-app privacy options where available, Android advertising settings, Google ad settings, or by contacting us.

8. Children and family users

Donut Sort is a casual game and may be attractive to a broad audience. We do not knowingly ask children to provide direct personal information to Code_V. Children should use the Game only with parent or guardian permission where required by law.

If the Game is declared on Google Play as targeting children or as part of the Families program, Code_V will configure ads and SDK behavior according to Google Play Families requirements, including using Families-approved/self-certified ads SDKs, disabling personalized ads for children where required, and applying child-directed treatment settings where applicable. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Sharing information

We share information only as described in this policy or where required by law. We may share or allow processing by:

  • Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK and advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.

  • Google Play services, Google Play Games Services, and Google Play Store for Android platform services, sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, saved games, app distribution, reviews, installs, advertising ID, and related features.

  • Service providers used for email, support, hosting, legal compliance, security, or analytics if we add such providers later and disclose them in this policy and Play Console.

  • Law enforcement, regulators, courts, or public authorities when required by applicable law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

  • A successor entity if Code_V is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar business transfer, subject to this policy or a policy with equivalent protections.

10. Third-party services and links

Third-party services process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Review: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use Google services, Google Advertising information, and Google Play Terms of Service.

Advertisements may open external websites, apps, app-store pages, or advertiser content. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, privacy practices, or actions outside the Game.

11. Data retention and deletion

Data

Retention / deletion

Local gameplay data

Stored on your device until you clear app data, uninstall the Game, reset progress through any in-game option if provided, or replace the app data.

Consent choices

Stored as long as needed to remember your privacy choices or until you reset/withdraw consent through the consent screen, app/device settings, or support request.

Support messages

Retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, troubleshoot, maintain records, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

AdMob / Google data

Retained by Google according to Google policies and controls. Code_V does not control Google retention periods.

Play Games data, if enabled

Managed by Google Play Games. Users may delete game data through Google Play Games profile or Google account controls where available.

To request deletion of information that Code_V controls, contact us at the email above. We may need to keep limited information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security. If the Game later creates Code_V user accounts, Code_V will provide an in-app and web-accessible account deletion method as required by Google Play.

12. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. Google Mobile Ads SDK and Play Games Services state that relevant collected user data is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. International transfers

The Game may be available globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including by Google and other service providers. These countries may have data protection laws different from your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for international transfers.

14. Your privacy rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, withdraw consent, opt out of sale/share/targeted advertising, or lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise rights for information controlled by Code_V, contact us using the privacy contact above. To exercise rights for Google-controlled data, use Google account, Google Play, and Android privacy controls.

15. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, SDKs, laws, or Google Play requirements change. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated in the Game, on the store listing, or through another reasonable method where required.

16. Google Play Data safety alignment checklist

Before publishing or updating the Game, make sure the Google Play Data safety form matches the final APK/AAB and this policy. The form must reflect data collected or shared by the app itself and by SDKs, including AdMob and Google Play services.
