Introduction

CODE_V developed Color Drop as an ad-supported game. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account to play. However, the app and its third-party SDKs may collect certain information automatically.

1) Information collected automatically

Depending on your device, region, and settings, the following categories of data may be collected:

Device and technical information

Device model, operating system version, app version, language, network type.

Identifiers

Such as the Android Advertising ID and other SDK/app identifiers used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect device/account identifiers and IP address by default. 

Firebase Analytics uses an app instance identifier and may collect associated device/usage signals depending on configuration. 

Approximate location

Derived from IP address, which may be collected by ads SDKs to estimate general location.

Usage data

Gameplay events, session duration, screens viewed, interactions with UI and ads.

Diagnostics

Crash logs, performance data, and other debugging information. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects diagnostic information by default. 

2) Information you choose to provide / game data stored

If you use optional online features (if present), we may store non-sensitive gameplay data such as:

Game progress, level completion, settings, and in-game economy state

Cloud-synced data using Firebase Realtime Database

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through these features.

3) Google Play Games / Play Services (if you use them)

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games/Google Play Services, Google may provide us with limited profile information needed to enable leaderboards, achievements, or cloud-related features (as applicable). This is governed by Google’s policies.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and maintain the game

Show ads and measure ad performance

Understand how the game is used and improve gameplay balance and features

Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues

Enable optional cloud features (if used)

Ads and Analytics

Color Drop uses third-party advertising and analytics services.

Ads are served through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob/Google Ads).

These services may collect identifiers, IP address, interaction data, and diagnostics for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.

We use Firebase Analytics to understand usage patterns and improve the game.

Google Analytics/Firebase provides controls to limit collection and reset analytics data on-device.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

Analytics retention is controlled by our settings in Firebase/Google Analytics. Google indicates Firebase Analytics data retention can be configured, with options up to a maximum of 14 months depending on configuration. 

Cloud-stored gameplay data (if any) is retained while you use the feature, and may be deleted upon request where applicable.

If you want us to delete any cloud-stored gameplay data associated with you (if the game provides such storage), contact us at the email above.

Your Choices and Controls

You can:

Reset or delete your device’s Advertising ID from Android settings. 

Use device-level ad controls and (where available) limited ads features.

Limit analytics collection where supported by the app/SDK settings. Google Analytics/Firebase offers controls to disable collection and reset analytics data on-device. 

Children’s Privacy

Color Drop is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If our app is served to children or users of unknown age, we will follow Google Play Families advertising requirements, including restrictions on interest-based advertising for those users and using appropriate compliant ads solutions. 

If you are a parent/guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, including using secure transmission and relying on the security features provided by our service partners (such as Firebase). Firebase documents its privacy and security commitments and support for modern data protection frameworks. 

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed by third-party providers on servers located outside your country. These providers apply appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
