These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the mobile game Donut Sort (the "Game") published by Code_V. These Terms are designed to be accepted before a player accesses the Game. By tapping "Accept", installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility and parental consent

You may use the Game only if you are legally allowed to do so in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority or under the local age of digital consent, you may use the Game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for the minor user’s activity in the Game.

3. License to use the Game

Subject to these Terms, Code_V grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game on compatible Android devices through Google Play for personal entertainment use only.

You do not own the Game, code, artwork, music, sound effects, characters, levels, UI, title, trademarks, or any other content in the Game. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Code_V and its licensors.

4. Acceptance gate before access

The Game may show these Terms and the Privacy Policy before first access. You must accept them to continue. If you decline, the Game may close or restrict access. Continuing to use the Game after updated Terms are shown means you accept the updated Terms.

5. Google Play, Google services, and third-party terms

The Game is distributed through Google Play and may use Google Play services, Google Play Games Services, Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, and other Google platform services. Your use of Google Play, Google accounts, Google Play Games, ads, rewards, purchases if later added, and related platform features may also be governed by Google terms and privacy policies. These Terms do not replace Google’s terms.

6. Advertising and rewarded ads

The Game contains advertising. Ads may include banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, app-open ads, or other ad formats permitted by Google Play and AdMob policies. Rewarded ads are optional: if you choose to watch a rewarded ad and the ad completes successfully, the Game may grant the displayed in-game reward. Rewards may fail if the ad fails, the device is offline, the ad is closed early, the SDK does not report completion, or abuse is detected.

  • You must not manipulate, automate, farm, fake, or abuse ad impressions, ad clicks, rewarded ads, or ad-related rewards.

  • You must not use bots, clickers, scripts, modified APKs, network tampering, emulators, or other tools to generate artificial ad activity or unfair rewards.

  • Ads may open third-party websites, apps, or store pages. Code_V is not responsible for third-party advertiser content, products, claims, or privacy practices.

  • Ads will not be intentionally designed to force clicks or block normal use in violation of Google Play policies.

7. Gameplay, virtual items, and progress

The Game may include scores, coins, boosters, skins, levels, rewards, streaks, achievements, leaderboards, saved progress, or similar virtual game elements. These are licensed digital features for entertainment only. They have no cash value, are not money, and cannot be sold, transferred, traded, exchanged, or redeemed for real-world value unless expressly allowed by Code_V in writing.

Code_V may adjust levels, difficulty, rewards, item balance, ads frequency, availability, and gameplay rules to improve the Game, prevent abuse, comply with law, or meet platform requirements.

8. In-app purchases

The current Terms assume the Game uses ads and Google Play services. If Code_V later adds in-app purchases or subscriptions, purchases must be processed through Google Play Billing where required. Purchase terms, refunds, taxes, cancellations, family payments, and payment data will be handled according to Google Play rules and applicable law. Code_V does not directly collect payment card details through the Game.

9. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, use hacks, modified clients, automation, unauthorized tools, or reverse engineering to alter gameplay, rewards, scores, ads, or app behavior.

  • Interfere with the Game, servers, SDKs, ads, Google Play services, security features, analytics, or anti-fraud systems.

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Game except where law expressly allows it.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, watermarks, notices, or other proprietary labels from the Game.

  • Misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, devices, services, or data.

  • Use the Game in a way that damages Code_V, Google, advertisers, other users, or third parties.

10. User content and communication

The Game currently does not include public chat, public uploads, or user-generated content features controlled by Code_V. If you contact support, you grant Code_V permission to use the information you provide to respond, troubleshoot, investigate issues, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary for support.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted. By using the Game, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Where laws require consent for ads or data processing, the Game may ask you for consent or privacy choices before enabling certain advertising features.

12. Updates, availability, and compatibility

Code_V may update, patch, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game, features, levels, ads, rewards, SDKs, or services at any time. The Game may not work on all devices, operating systems, regions, networks, or Google Play account configurations. Some features may require internet access, Google Play services, or a supported Android version.

13. Termination and restrictions

Code_V may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Game or specific features if you violate these Terms, abuse ads or rewards, attempt to cheat, create security risk, violate law, or cause harm to Code_V, Google, advertisers, or other users. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it or clearing app data.

14. Intellectual property

Donut Sort, Code_V, and all related game content, including visual assets, logos, characters, UI, animations, gameplay design, source code, sounds, names, and other materials, are owned by Code_V or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use Code_V branding, game content, or assets outside the Game without written permission.

15. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Code_V does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, free from data loss, or available in every country. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code_V will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of rewards, device issues, lost profits, or third-party advertiser actions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code_V’s total liability for claims related to the Game will be limited to the amount you paid directly to Code_V for the Game in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Code_V from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Game, violation of these Terms, violation of law, cheating, ad abuse, unauthorized modifications, or infringement of third-party rights.

18. Consumer rights and country-specific laws

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights, child protection rights, refund rights, platform rights, or other rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country. If a term is unenforceable in your country, the remaining Terms continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless mandatory laws of your country require otherwise. Courts located in [insert city/state, India] will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere. Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact Code_V first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

20. Changes to these Terms

Code_V may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will show a new "Last updated" date. If required, the Game may ask you to accept updated Terms before continuing. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Game.
