PRIVACY POLICY for "CATRIS"

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "Catris" ("Application") for mobile devices that was developed and owned by CODE_V. The Application is a puzzle game.


What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information The Application does not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information (like name, email, or phone number) to us directly.


Automatically Collected Information The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application. This information is used for analytics and advertising purposes described below.


Third Party Access to Information

We transmit data to external services for the following purposes:


A. Advertising (Google AdMob) We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use identifiers (like your Advertising ID) and device information to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

B. Analytics (Firebase Analytics) We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with our Application (e.g., levels played, retention rates). This helps us improve the game. Firebase collects usage data and identifiers.

C. In-App Purchases (Unity IAP / Google Play Billing) Our Application offers In-App Purchases (e.g., "No Ads"). Transactions are processed by the Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card or financial information. We only receive a confirmation receipt to unlock the purchased content.


Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Service

Code_V offers a subscription service ("No Ads") that removes advertisements from the application.


2. Auto-Renewal

The subscription is billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.


3. Payment

Payment will be charged to your [Apple ID / Google Play] account at confirmation of purchase.


4. Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings execution on the App Store or Google Play Store. You will continue to have access to the premium content until the end of the current billing period.


5. Price Changes

Code_V reserves the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.


Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also opt-out of personalized advertising by adjusting the settings on your Android device (Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization).


Data Retention Policy

We do not store your personal data on our own servers. Data collected by third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) is retained according to their respective privacy policies.


Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.


Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
